任职要求:
1. 具备硕士以上学历,数学相关专业,对教学以及教研活动有热情;
2. 具备三年以上学科工作经验,国际学校数学教学经验优先;熟悉并指导过各类数学比赛者优先;有创校经验优先。
3. 熟悉IB MYP课程理念,尤其是以概念驱动的探究式学习;熟悉新课标要求及部编教材,能基于scope and sequence进行有效的单元设计,体现学科核心素养;能够照顾学生的学习差异。
3、具有较强的团队意识、责任心,英文高度流畅,能与EAL教师合作进行英文数学概念的融入。
4、善于沟通,思维活跃,适应性强,具备成长型思维,积极参与创效各方面建设。

• Support the development of essential academic and STEAM skills through interdisciplinary projects and readings
• Under the intergrative curriculum of CNC and MYP, can align the requirements and standards and design inquiry-based units.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design learning outcomes, monitor growth, and thoughtfully address individual student needs, particularly those related to English language learning

Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in a field related to technology, engineering, and/or computer science.
• Strong content knowledge in one or more STEAM fields, with a bachelor's or equivalent study; graduate degree in related field preferred
• Experience in teaching IB Design and Technology or related sujbects in international schools is highly preferred.
• Passion for creating and facilitating powerful, interdisciplianry student learning experiences to achieve ambitious learning outcomes

Responsibility:
• Take responsibility for the academic, personal and social development within the class:
Include but not limited to monitor students’ progress and assessing work, reports writing and meeting parents as required, ensure that the class attendance register is accurately and efficiently kept, supervise play and lunch sessions as directed;
• Deliver lessons and activities as directed by the Division Head and ensure that VPA’s curriculum requirements are met;
• Ensure that the students’ welfare is prioritized at all time, ensure that the school’s safeguarding policy and procedures are met;
• Attend school trainings, events, staff meetings, enrollment activities and other school activities and organize student activities, cooperate with marketing and admissions if necessary;
• Prepare and provide demo class, also be able to develop the curriculum;
• Monitor behavior and ensure an atmosphere of mutual respect in the class to attract students involved in the learning process.

Responsibility:
This EAL Teacher position requires the ability, expertise and training to provide EAL support to multiple subjects.
• Collaborate with subject teachers (English, Math, Science, Design, Humanities) to plan, deliver and develop teaching and learning with a focus on language aspect (communicative language development and cognitive academic language development).
• Having strategies in content-language intergrated teaching, co-teaching, and small group teaching.
• Identify the different needs from language perpsective, and provide differentiated teaching to address those needs.
• Provide in-class and/or curriculum implementation EAL guidance support for staff.
• Perform classroom observation when required to identify and observe EAL students
• Liaise with parents about academic progress due to language learning considerations.
Job Requirements:
• At least Master’s Degree and Teaching qualification in English Language and/or Language Learning
• Solid background in EAL or ESL, minimum of 3 years teaching experience

Responsibility:
This Drama/English Teacher position requires the ability, expertise and training to teach Drama and English Language learning in primary/middle school.
Knowledge and understanding:
• Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the subject of Drama and English Language with experience in international curriculum (such as IB/PYP/MYP or similar)
• Able to guide and support student subject-related questions and facilitate inquiry-based learning in their specialist subject(s)
• Knowledge and understanding for curriculum and assessment development in Drama and English Language.
Planning and setting expectations:
• Identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter and the students being taught
• Set appropriate and demanding expectations for students’ learning and motivation
• Set clear targets for students' learning, building on prior attainment and experiences
• Identify and provide for students who have special educational needs (either in additional foundation learning support or for extending challenging learning opportunities)
• Liaise with the Drama and Language learning team of teachers to determine the learning objectives of learning topics, themes and integrated interdisciplinary tasks
Teaching and managing student learning:
• Ensure effective teaching of whole classes, groups and individuals so that teaching objectives are met, momentum and challenge are maintained, and best use is made of teaching time
• Use teaching methods especially aligned with inquiry-based learning that keep students engaged, including stimulating students’ intellectual curiosity, effective questioning and response, clear presentation and good use of resources
• Set high expectations for student behaviour, establishing and maintaining a good standard of discipline through well-focused and inspiring teaching and through positive and productive relationships
• Promote positive behaviour patterns, encourage self-esteem, and improve independent working for students to assist their education and growth.
Assessment and evaluation:
• Assessment for and of learning in how well learning objectives have been achieved and use this assessment for future learning development tasks and teaching
• Mark, record and monitor student class and homework providing constructive oral and written feedback, setting appropriate targets for student progress
• When applicable, understand the demands expected of students in relation to the national curriculum, international standards and alignment.
Relations with parents and wider community:
• Know how to prepare and present high quality informative and appropriate reports to parents
• Recognize that learning takes place outside the school context and provide opportunities to develop student understanding by relating learning to relevant, authentic, real and context related examples
Job Requirements:
• At least Bachelor’s Degree and Teaching qualification
• A minimum of 2 years of IB Diploma teaching experience
• Demonstrated track record of working in a team
• Demonstrated track record of being able to connect with students
• Willingness or demonstrated track record in learning and practicing new pedagogy
• Willing to attend relevant IB workshops and be trained to used the pedagogy that supports the school
